Cook like a pro with this versatile 24-inch Kamado Big Joe red ceramic freestanding grill and smoker, featuring a high-heat resistant shell that traps smoke and moisture at any cooking temperature. 

Under the soft-opening dome with built-in thermometer, the large main cooking grate is 452 sq. in. of 304 stainless steel.

The dome separator included with the Big Joe allows you to divide the combustion chamber to conserve charcoal. Other standard features include a Divide & Conquer flexible cooking system, a precision rotating vent damper, and a patented sliding ash locker for easy access and cleaning. The heavy-duty cast iron grill cart includes folding high-density polyethylene (HDPE) side shelves and handle, and 4 lockable casters.

The patented Divide & Conquer cooking system allows you to adjust the cooking surface to your needs. The grates and heat deflectors are designed in a half-moon shape and can be arranged in multiple levels, giving you the freedom to cook different styles of food at different temperatures at the same time. This way, you can enjoy a perfectly balanced meal.
